Shipping cost
- Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, no add-on delivery fees at checkout.
Where we ship
- We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
- We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
- We're also unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers, or freight forwarders.
When your order ships
- Pre-orders ship at the end of August 2026.
- In-stock items leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
- Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Transit typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
About pre-order timing, honestly
- Any ship window we publish is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Pre-order timing depends on manufacturing, freight, customs, and carrier conditions we don't control.
- If we can't ship within the window we gave you, we'll email you without waiting for you to ask. That email will give you a revised shipment date — or tell you plainly that we don't have one yet — and let you choose between waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If a revised date slips again, we'll come back to you with the same choice before it passes.
- We'd rather tell you early than let a date quietly pass.
How your order arrives
- Everything ships compressed in boxes via FedEx Home Delivery. That's our only delivery method — there's nothing to select, and nothing to pay for.
- Compression is the reason our furniture fits through apartment doors, up stairwells, and into elevators that a fully assembled sofa would never clear. It also means unboxing is manageable by one or two people without tools.
- FedEx delivers to residential addresses seven days a week and will normally leave your boxes at your door. A signature isn't required.
- Your order may arrive in more than one box, and boxes may arrive on different days. This is normal for modular orders, especially when modules and accessories ship from different points. If your tracking shows separate shipments, nothing has gone wrong. If a box hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the others, email us and we'll trace it.
What delivery does and doesn't include
Delivery brings your order to the address you gave us.
It does not include:
- In-home or room-of-choice placement
- Assembly
- Removal of packaging
- Removal of existing furniture
We don't offer white gloves or room-of-choice service. Our products are designed for tool-free setup and modules connect with straps, so most people manage setup without help. A setup guide is in the box.
Please measure your delivery route
- You're responsible for confirming that the route into your home — building entrance, doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and tight turns — can accommodate the packaged product.
- Compressed boxes are far more forgiving than assembled furniture, but they aren't small. If a measurement is critical to whether your order can get in, email care@lorva.com before you order and we'll give you exact packaged dimensions and box weights.
- If a product can't be delivered into your space, we'll treat it as a return under our Refund Policy. You won't be charged return freight, but we'd much rather help you get the measurements right beforehand.
Your shipping address
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a shipment once it's with the carrier, and we can't take responsibility for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. Reshipment in that situation may require an additional charge.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
Missed and refused deliveries
Because a signature isn't required, most deliveries complete on the first attempt. If a delivery can't be completed, FedEx will normally reattempt or hold the shipment at a nearby location for pickup. If a shipment comes back to us as undeliverable or refused, we'll treat it as a return under our Refund Policy and be in touch.
Please inspect your order when it arrives
- Look over your shipment promptly and keep the packaging until you're satisfied that everything is right.
- If anything arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact care@lorva.com within 10 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photographs of the product and the packaging. Carriers usually require packaging photos to process a damage claim, so those photos genuinely matter.
Full details are in our Refund Policy.
One thing to expect after unboxing
- Because our products ship compressed, wrinkles, creasing, uneven loft, and compression marks are normal when you first unpack. These settle out over 24 to 72 hours as the foam recovers, and you can speed it up by patting and rearranging. There's an insert in the box that explains it.
- This is a characteristic of compressed shipping, not a defect — so please give it a few days before judging the shape.
