Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce and checkout platform, used to operate our store and process transactions

If you choose to pay over time, Affirm collects and processes your application information under its own agreement and privacy policy, and your approval, finance charges, and payment schedule are governed by that agreement

  • Payment processors and fraud-prevention services to complete and protect transactions

We also share information with legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and property, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Some of these disclosures — particularly for advertising and analytics — may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Section 7 for your rights and how to opt out.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and we require our service providers to do the same. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your cart and configurator selections, analyze traffic, and deliver relevant advertising.

You can manage your choices through the cookie preferences link in our website footer, through your browser settings, and through industry opt-out tools offered by our advertising partners. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our site function, including checkout.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising where required by law.

6. Your Marketing Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email, or by contacting us at care@lorva.com. If you have agreed to receive text messages from us, you can opt out by replying STOP to any message. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages about your order, delivery, return, or warranty.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including completing your order, honoring the 120-day trial and limited warranty periods, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
